Intensive Clinics
January 2-3, 2019

 

Here is your chance to receive some intensive instruction in a particular skill area you
have been wanting to master. Come for one day or two...one or multiple clinics. Email
your clinic and day preferences to sarah@sisudance.com by December 28, 2018.
Hurry, class sizes are limited!

Cartwheel Clinic 4:00-4:30 pm
$10-1 Day, $15-2 Day
Works on basic cartwheel, one-hand cartwheel, click cartwheel, reverse cartwheel, round-off,
and/or dive cartwheel, depending on current skill level of student. Recommended for a Level
1 gymnast or higher.

Limbers/Walkovers Clinic 4:30-5:00 pm
$10-1 Day, $15-2 Day
Works on front limber, front walkover, backbend, back walkover, back limber, and/or valdez,
depending on current skill level of student. Recommended for a Level 1 or 2 gymnast or
higher.

Aerials Clinic 5:00-6:00 pm
$15-1 Day, $25-2 Day
Works on side aerial, front aerial, branny, and/or twisty aerial, depending on current skill level
of student. Recommended for a Level 3 gymnast or higher.

Handsprings Clinic 6:00-7:00 pm
$15-1 Day, $25-2 Day
Works on front handspring, front handspring step-out, front handspring snap together, back
handspring, back handspring step-out, round-off back handspring, and/or stringers, depending
on current skill level of student. Recommended for a Level 3 gymnast or higher.

Tucks/Layouts Clinic 7:00-8:00 pm
$15-1 Day, $25-2 Day
Works on front/back tucks, front/back layouts, and/or other advanced combinations, depending
on current skill level of student. Recommended for a Level 4 gymnast or higher.
